The author of "The Frog Files" is Dr Rob Davis, an amphibian biologist residing in Perth, Western Australia. He is a graduate of Murdoch University with a BSc. (Hons) in Biology and Environmental Science. He spent 9 months working as a graduate research assistant on frogs at the University of Western Australia, and recently completed a PhD on frogs at UWA, looking at the effects of salinity and habitat fragmentation on Heleioporus albopunctatus in the WA wheatbelt.
